The study will commence from February 26 to April 26, 2024. The goal is to contribute valuable insights into optimizing storage conditions, ensuring better post-harvest management, and ultimately enhancing the resilience of the agricultural supply chain.

The Agrizkaya Cooperative delivered 3126kg of sweet potato to BAHAGHARI GLOBAL FOOD INCORPORATION.

BAHAGHARI is a local manufacturer of chips and condiments serving the local and international market.
